To know who your customers are use an electronic database to record customer details. The database will be used to efficiently store and maintain customer details and to target advertising to specific customer groups.
Your unit has to build its own data-base of possible future clients, as you are doing this use the mail you receive from me labelled "gazetteer".
Make sure you build your own data-base with care and consideration, your client data-base is very valuable to you.
Your clients are the most important thing to your business - without them you will not earn money.
